FAQ

where are you located in? DO YOU TRAVEL?

I’m located in Monterrey, México and I can travel to any destination wedding inside the México, If your wedding is out of the country we can talk about it.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Usually is about 60-90 days but some times it can be sooner.

HOW LONG WILL YOU SHOOT?

All collections to choose are based in a number of hours, it doesn’t mean that we are shooting at all times of those 5, 7 or 11 hours, it means that you can include all the special moments inside that period of time, since I will be with you guys during the day you can add “getting ready”, “first look”, “photoshoot”, “ceremonies” and “party” all you can schedule during the time you hired.

ONCE I HAVE MY COLLECTION CAN I ADD EXTRA SERVICES?

Sure! You can add services such as extra hour, photography for other events (bridal shower) or photoshoots.

DO YOU PHOTOSHOP?

I include edition about tones, shadows, light, all according to the style you can see in my portfolio, but it doesn’t include composition changes, but if it is necessary I can quote it separately.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR ENGAGEMENTS PHOTOSHOOTS?

Yes, it is all about to put it on the table.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHOdS?

You can pay via PayPal or Direct deposit, you hold your date with 20% and pay the rest until 1 weeks before your wedding. Also if you have any other way to pay you can share it and see its viability.

HOW MANY PICTURES DO YOU DELIVER?

Normally the number of photos in a 10 hours event it is more than 600 pictures.

DO YOU OFFER VIDEO SERVICE?

Yes, in all collections you have Video Service which is in charge of a talented crew of professional filmmakers. Also if you prefer to hire just the photography service I can do that too.
